An article was published in the national edition of the Sankei Shimbun on October 9, 2022, introducing an experiment using “biologging,” a cutting-edge technology that attaches thermometers and other devices to animals to record behavioral history, on sweetfish in collaboration with the Institute of Freshwater Biology and JR East, and investigating the effects of dams.
