The Komaki Neighborhood Association Visited the Institute of Freshwater Biology

On July 31, 2026, the Komaki Neighborhood Association visited the Institute of Freshwater Biology.

During the visit, Professor Hiroshi Hakoyama of the Institute of Freshwater Biology introduced the natural environment of the Chikuma River basin, the ecology of the Japanese eel, and research conducted by the Institute.
